Holiday Inn Express Cambridge

Please book your accommodations as early as possible. Hotel inventory is limited in Cambridge, and this is a very popular wedding weekend. NOTE: The hotel is sold out outside of the Owens-Crawford Wedding block. You must now book within the block to get a room. Please let Laura or Alex know immediately if you are advised the block is full. The shuttle to the wedding will leave from this location.

Party Bus!

A "shuttle" (be on the lookout for a yellow school bus) leave the Holiday Inn Express at 2:30pm. The shuttle will make return trips between the hotel and Swan Cove beginning at 8pm every hour. The last shuttle will leave at midnight. Please plan on utilizing the shuttle. Parking is VERY LIMITED at Swan Cove and Uber/Lyft is generally unavailable in Cambridge.

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina

This is a more upscale hotel option across the street from the Holiday Inn. While it is a nice option if you are looking for a more vacation-like feel, there will be no transportation from this venue to the wedding venue.

Flight

Airports and Flying Here

Unfortunately there is not an airport extremely close by. Your best option would be to fly through Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI), which is 1.5 hours away. Other options are Reagan National Airport (1.75 hours away), or Philadelphia (2.25 hours away). A car is useful in this area as well although we will have transportation on the wedding day.
