About the Packages

Timber Lake Camp has made the following packages available to our guests for our wedding weekend. Each package covers the full stay as indicated, including accommodations, breakfast and lunch. Everything else is on us, including dinner and drinks all weekend long, making your stay all-inclusive! (The Camp is BYOB in case you want anything extra.) This means that, once you're at Camp Coophorn, everything is taken care of. We're pulling out all the stops to make the weekend truly memorable! Pricing is based on the PER PERSON cost, covering the entire multi-day stay as indicated. Child pricing covers kids between the ages of 5-12, and all children under 4 are FREE!

About the Cabins

We understand if sleeping in cabins with twin beds isn't typically your thing, but we hope it won't keep you from us the whole weekend! We've compiled a few options that we hope will work for everybody. Also, it's important to note that Timber Lake Camp is not your average summer camp. Not only is it super clean, but all cabins have their own bathrooms, showers and air conditioning! Linen service will also be provided, which includes bedding and a bath towel. Twin beds can be pushed together so that you can put an air mattress on top to sleep two side-by-side. Most cabins will be shared with other guests, accommodating between 4-10 people. We will be very mindful of who is asked to room with whom, with the aim of keeping friends and families together. If you have specific room requirements, just let us know when you RSVP!

Private Cabin Upgrade

A camp resort package for your intended length of stay, PLUS an additional $150 total for the private cabin. The private cabin fee is not a per person cost, but rather a single cost for the private cabin. The upgrade fee for the private cabin is the same whether you stay one, two, or three nights. This package includes everything to the right (or below), but you’ll be in your own private cabin. The private cabin guarantees that you / your family will have an exclusive cabin, with private room and bath. There may be 10 twin beds in the cabin, but you will not be sharing. These private cabins are first come, first served.

Full package cost: $375/adult | $215/child With this package, you will NOT have to stress about missing out on any fun, or traveling to/from the camp before/after the festivities. SLEEP | Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights in a shared cabin EAT | Five meals, which include breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, brunch on Monday. Dinners are on us, as are the snacks and drinks that we’ll make available all weekend! *** Includes: - FEEL GOOD FRIDAY | Live Music, Mouth Watering BBQ + Campfire and S'mores! If you prefer to stay offsite ...

We really hope you decide to stay with us at the camp. It's just so beautiful and we know it's the best way to maximize our time with you! If you decide to get accommodations offsite, you are welcome to purchase the Saturday only Camp Package and come to the camp on Saturday for the full day of activities. Otherwise, we'll be super happy to see you at the wedding celebration in the evening. (Please note the Saturday schedule.) The link below is the list of nearby hotels that Timber Lake Camp refers to the parents of their campers. We have not reserved room blocks or discounts at any hotel.

Other Travel Options

TRAILWAYS BUS SERVICE https://trailwaysny.com/ This bus runs frequently towards Timber Lake Camp, the closest stop being in Phoenicia about 15 minutes away. Let us know in advance if you plan to take the bus and we can help coordinate a ride from the bus station to the camp! For our fellow New York City friends, know that the bus is about a three hour ride from NYC and you'll pay about $40 each way. CAR POOLING Interested in car pooling? Let us know and we'll do our best to help you coordinate with a nearby guest.

We really want you to be with us for our wedding weekend so, if cost is an issue, please let us know and we will try to work something out. Remember, these packages are all inclusive - food, accommodations and drinks! Once you're at Camp Coophorn, everything is taken care of!
