The first word that comes to mind is FUN! Spending the weekend at camp means zero worries and all the activities at your fingertips. You can stay in a cabin with your friends, family, or by yourself if available. After you check-in, you won't have to leave camp as all the meals and events are on-site during the entire weekend. Enjoy morning coffee sitting by the lake, sneak away on a walk before the ceremony, or enjoy a s'more around the campfire with new and old friends.
Due to the amount of cabins and interest in staying at camp, we recommend sharing a cabin with your family or close friends. A cabin has 12 twin beds so please indicate in your RSVP who you would like to bunk up with. If you are only interested in staying alone, please indicate in your RSVP and Carly will let you know if capacity allows that.
Linens and meals will be provided for all spending the weekend at camp. If you are local and want to bring your own linens, that would be great! (Just let Carly know ahead of time)
If you are not staying with us at camp and want to explore the area, renting a car would be helpful to get around. Uber and ride share companies are available as well. Otherwise, the Asheville airport is an uber away from the hotel. You could uber or carpool with others to camp for the Friday activities and shuttles will be provided for the Saturday events.
Yes, drivers should follow signs up to the soccer field where all cars will be required to park for the weekend. Golf carts will be available to take you back and forth for the day's events!
We love kids, but this is an "adults only" weekend as we thought you would enjoy some time away at camp. We appreciate your understanding!
A preferred hotel and block of reserved rooms is coming soon. The hotel is only 10 minutes from camp and a shuttle will be provided the day of the wedding.
