Staying at Camp for the Weekend?

Guests are welcome to stay at camp all weekend. Cabins include twin beds and bathrooms. Shared shower houses are close to all the cabins. Accommodations include all meals from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, linens, and parking. Events are on-site all weekend so no traveling! We ask that guests contribute $250 a person for the accommodations and everything above. Payment should be sent by August 23. Please reach out to Carly with any questions. Due to the amount of cabins and interest in staying at camp, we recommend guests share a cabin with family or close friends. Please indicate whether you will be joining us at camp when you RSVP.
Field Day

Pack your bathing suit, shorts and sneakers for an afternoon of swimming and games!
Food and drinks will be provided to keep you energized for all the camp fun!
Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Attire is cocktail attire for the ladies and blazers and slacks for the men. Pack a light jacket in case it gets chilly.
Invited guests are welcome to join us for the Rehearsal Dinner. Other campers will have dinner provided for in Little Rec. FYI - If you see the option to RSVP for the rehearsal dinner, then you are welcome to join us.
Welcome Campfire
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
All in the area are welcome to join us for a campfire following the rehearsal dinner.

Ceremony
3:00 pm

Black-tie optional attire.
The ceremony will be held outdoors and golf carts will be available for those needing assistance. For the ladies, flats or block heels are recommended for easier traveling. Shuttles will be provided from the Fairfield Inn to the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
3:45 pm - 4:45 pm
After the ceremony, enjoy a stroll back to the dock by the lake for cocktails and beverages.
Dinner
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Enjoy time with friends and family as we share a "family style" dinner and toasts in honor of the bride and groom.
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Make sure you have your dancing shoes packed as we celebrate with drinks, music and toasts!
