When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guest should plan to arrive no later than 4pm to allow time for seating as the ceremony will start at exactly 4:30pm

Semi-formal attire or black tie-optional

Can I bring my children?

Answer

The reception will be adults-only with the exception of nursing mothers with infants. Otherwise, take the night off and leave the little ones at home!

Can I mail my RSVP or do I do it all online?

RSVPs will all be done via this website. Please see the RSVP tab at the top: type in your name and it will step you through the process

What are my dinner options for the reception?

Answer

On the RSVP tab you will be able to select from three different entree options: 1. Herb Crusted Chicken 2. Beef short ribs 3. Penne Pasta (vegetarian option) *menu cards will be provided at reception with the full menu details

Are any of the menu items gluten free?

Answer

Yes, per the venue both the beef and the chicken are gluten free

Where do we park?

Answer

The venue has its own full parking lot available for guests. There is also a drop off lane available at the entrance of the venue for anyone unable to walk from the parking lot or in case of inclement weather.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will not be having an open bar, however, there will be several non-alcoholic beverage options available to you

Where should we put our wedding gift/card?

Answer

There will be a designated gift table at the venue for all gifts

Where do I go after the ceremony to wait for the reception?

Answer

There will be a social hour in the lobby and bar area directly after the ceremony where Hors d'oeuvres will be served. You can socialize with other guests, check out our photos, or take some selfies with friends at our Hedge Wall Selfie Station! Don't forget to sign our guest book!
