Maid of Honor
When Jordan and I first met, she didn’t even want to tell me her name because she thought it sounded like a boy’s name. Meanwhile, I had already decided she was stuck with me. Somewhere between shy introductions, after-school bike rides, and childhood adventures, we went from hesitant neighbors to completely inseparable. Our dads even coached our little league softball team — the Lady Bugs — when we were growing up. And while we both proudly wore the jersey, let’s be honest… she was always the better one. I was just happy to be on the team with her. Those early seasons — on and off the field — are some of the sweetest memories of growing up side by side. From childhood games to real-life milestones, she has seen every version of me — the awkward phases, the growing pains, the big dreams, the hard seasons, and now wedding planning chaos. What started as two little girls living next door turned into a lifetime of inside jokes, late-night talks, and the kind of loyalty that only comes from growing up together. I truly don’t remember life without her, and I wouldn’t want to imagine it.
Best Man
When it came time to choose our wedding party, Nathan and I had exactly one dispute — custody of Dylan. I’d like the record to show I technically knew him first… but somewhere along the way, I lost primary custody. Dylan and I started as work friends, and I just knew he and Nathan would hit it off. So I invited him out to play pool at our local watering hole, and it was bromance at first sight. I’m pretty sure I watched my friend get stolen in real time. Now they play pool at least once a week like it’s written into some sacred contract, and Dylan goes just about everywhere with us — our permanent third wheel. At this point, he’s definitely more Nathan’s friend than mine… but we share. I get him on holidays and occasional group outings. All jokes aside, Dylan has become such a steady, loyal presence in our lives. He fits so naturally into our little trio, and it wouldn’t feel right celebrating this day without him standing up there with Nathan — even if I did technically introduce them first.
Matron of Honor
Abigale and I have been best friends for 26 years — and our story started in true childhood chaos fashion. In preschool, I decided I didn’t want to go home, so naturally, I faked being locked out of my house so the school bus would drop me off at her house instead. (They absolutely did not let that happen and took me right back to school… but the intention was there.) From that point on, we were inseparable. Every summer, we practically lived together because we simply refused to be apart. Our families knew that if one of us was home, the other probably was too. Those summers were filled with late-night talks, endless laughter, shared dreams, and the kind of memories that shape a lifetime. From scraped knees and sleepovers to heartbreaks, milestones, and now this beautiful new chapter, Abigale has been by my side through everything. She has seen every version of me and loved me anyway. She is steady, loyal, and the kind of friend who feels more like family than anything else. She isn’t just my best friend — she’s my sister, and I truly don’t know where I’d be without her.
Matron of Honor
Katalina and I have been friends for about five years now, and somehow it all started because (according to my mom) I was apparently supposed to marry her husband. Clearly, life had other plans — and thank goodness it did, because instead of a husband, I gained a sister. From the very beginning, our friendship felt easy, natural, and meant to be. And the summer we spent inseparable in Maine truly sealed it. That season was filled with late nights, long talks, laughter, and the kind of memories that turn friendship into family. Somewhere in the middle of that summer, she became my found sister. I had the privilege of walking through her wedding season with her — celebrating her, supporting her, and being part of such a special chapter in her life. Now she’s doing the same for me, and there’s something so meaningful about getting to experience this season together, just from a different side. What started as a funny twist of fate turned into one of the greatest blessings in my life. Katalina is loyal, strong, and loves fiercely. She shows up without hesitation, tells you the truth when you need it, and cares with her whole heart. I am so grateful that life brought us together — even if it wasn’t quite in the way my mom imagined.
Groomsman
Gabe and I go way back — like, “our moms were making future wedding arrangements for us when we were little” kind of way. In fact, my mom was fully convinced I was going to marry him one day. Plot twist, Mom — he still made it to the wedding, just on the other side. Gabe is actually Katalina’s husband (yes, that Katalina), and he’s been my childhood friend for what feels like forever. Somewhere between growing up, growing families, and life doing its thing, Gabe and Nathan formed their own bond — built on a very important shared philosophy: he who has the most toys wins. Whether it’s gadgets, hobbies, or whatever new thing they’re currently obsessed with, the competition is friendly… but very real. But more than that, they bonded over what really matters — their love for their girls, who just so happen to be best friends. After multiple friends’ weekends, block parties, and countless hangouts, their friendship grew into something solid and genuine. So while Gabe may not be the groom my mom once predicted, we couldn’t imagine this day without him standing by Nathan’s side — proof that some childhood friendships don’t fade… they just get funnier with time.
Groomswoman
Bree isn’t just Nathan’s sister — she’s one of the most important people in his world. When he thought about who he wanted standing beside him on this day, there was no question. Of course it had to be Bree. Like most siblings, their childhood was filled with plenty of “getting into it.” Teasing, arguing, pushing each other’s buttons — all the classic brother-sister moments. But somewhere along the way, that turned into one of the sweetest friendships. Now they talk almost every week, and she knows she can call him anytime — whether it’s car trouble, life advice, or just needing her big brother to listen. Their bond has grown into something steady and special, built on years of shared memories and unconditional love. And as for me, I didn’t just gain a husband — I gained a sister. It has been such a joy to watch Bree grow into the incredible woman she is, and I feel so lucky to call her family.
Groomsman
Brandon is, quite literally, part of the reason we’re all here today. It all started with an angry rant about a newspaper. Brandon made the call, Nathan answered… and somehow, through a chain of events that still feels a little unbelievable, Nathan and I ended up meeting. So if you’re looking for someone to thank (or blame), it’s him. Brandon is also my matron of honor’s husband, which makes this whole story even more perfectly intertwined. What started as a random phone call turned into a friendship built on pool games, video game marathons, and a shared love and appreciation for their ladies. Nathan and Brandon balance each other in the best way — competitive enough to keep things interesting, loyal enough to keep things steady. Between late nights, laughs, and countless memories, their bond has only grown stronger. Brandon, thank you for making that phone call — even if you had no idea what you were setting into motion. We’re so grateful you’re standing beside Nathan today… because without you, this whole story might have looked very different.
Bridesmaid
Emily came into my life through Abigale — and if I’m being honest, I was a little jealous of her at first. Anyone who knows me knows I don’t share my people easily. But the moment I actually met her, everything changed. What started as “Who is this girl?” quickly turned into “How did I ever not know her?” I am so incredibly grateful that Abigale brought us together, because Emily has become such a steady and meaningful presence in my life. She is strong, loyal, and the kind of friend who will absolutely fight for you — whether you’re in the room or not. She stands firm, loves deeply, and shows up in ways that truly matter. I went from being jealous to being so thankful, because gaining Emily as a friend has been one of the sweetest surprises. She’s the kind of person you want in your corner — and I’m so lucky she’s in mine.
Bridesmaid
Cassandra and I have one of my favorite friendship origin stories — it all started when I was her bartender. Somewhere between pouring drinks and sharing stories across the bar, a friendship began to bloom. And before I knew it, we had traded bar stools for boarding passes. She has become my very favorite travel companion and the queen of saying “let’s just do it.” Because of her, I’ve seen new places, tried new things, and said yes to adventures I might have been too nervous to take on alone. From exploring unfamiliar cities to literally swimming with sharks, we’ve collected memories that feel larger than life. Cassandra brings excitement, courage, and a little bit of wild to my world. She reminds me to be brave, to chase experiences, and to always book the trip. What started as bartender and customer turned into one of the most fun, fearless, and meaningful friendships in my life. I’m so grateful for every adventure we’ve shared — and so thankful she’s standing by my side for the greatest adventure of all.

Chris is Nathan’s cousin — but if you’ve spent more than five minutes around them, you know they’re more like built-in best friends. Their bond started with family, of course, but it didn’t take long for it to grow into something much louder… and slightly more chaotic. Between their shared love of our local watering hole, competitive (and sometimes questionable) pool skills, and — perhaps most importantly — their mutual love for Dylan, the three of them have formed what can only be described as the perfect bromance thruple. Truly, it’s a package deal. If you find one, the other two are probably within a five-mile radius. Countless nights of laughter, harmless shenanigans, and stories that probably shouldn’t be told at a wedding have cemented their bond. Chris brings the energy, the loyalty, and just the right amount of mischief to the mix. We’re so grateful to have family who feel like best friends — and best friends who feel like family. Chris, it wouldn’t be the same without you up there with Nathan… or without the inevitable after-party pool game waiting later.
