Think sunrise coffee by the water, laughter drifting across the lawn, and a whole weekend wrapped in seaside charm. Flight
While we absolutely adore the charm of coastal Maine, we must offer a small word of travel wisdom ✨ Guests are certainly welcome to fly into the Portland International Jetport, which offers a lovely selection of flight options. However, it is approximately a three-hour drive from our venue. Due to the distance, we will not be arranging shuttle service from Portland, and transportation from the Jetport and would require guests to secure their own rental car. For a smoother and more convenient journey, we recommend choosing a closer airport whenever possible. We promise—the celebration will be well worth the adventure, but we’d love for your travels to be as effortless as possible. 💛

If our beloved Seawall Motel has already been scooped up (those rooms went faster than lobster rolls in July 🦞), never fear — our charming overflow option is the beautiful Claremont Hotel. Perched above the water with sweeping coastal views and all the classic Maine elegance, it’s a stay that feels like stepping into a seaside storybook. Truly, it’s less of a “second choice” and more of a second slice of magic. ✨ So if Seawall was full when you peeked, the Claremont will be waiting with open arms, ocean breezes, and a perfectly cozy place to land.

For those who don’t mind a scenic journey, there’s a very Maine way to arrive. If you fly into Bangor International Airport, you can take the free Island Explorer shuttle from the airport area to the Trenton Welcome Center. From there, transfer to a bus heading to Bar Harbor, and then connect to the route that continues on to Seawall. It does require checking the shuttle schedule in advance and allowing for a bit of extra travel time, but for guests who enjoy taking in the scenery and embracing the coastal charm from the start, it’s a practical and cost-free option. https://exploreacadia.com/
