When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 15, 2026. We need your response to plan seating, meals, and all the fun details. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re not attending (and we’ll miss you!). Let us know if you’re coming, and don’t forget to include any dietary needs or song requests!

Am I allowed to take photos at the ceremony? Reception?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. There will be two professional photographers taking pictures throughout the ceremony! During the reception, take as many pictures as you would like! We will have a QR code for you to upload any pictures that you take as the night goes on.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to space and budget, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation says “and guest" or "and family" then absolutely, bring someone special! Otherwise, we appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
If your children are welcome, it will be listed on your invitation as your name "and family" (i.e. John Smith and Family). If your children are not attending but you are, please indicate on your invitation!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is grass field parking available on property for the reception and ceremony. If you need handicap accessible parking, please reach out to Olivia. A golf cart shuttle will be available for guests to take back to the reception area for cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors, so we’re asking guests to dress in Garden Party Attire—think semi-formal with a soft, elegant, and seasonal touch. For women: Sundresses, flowy midi or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates in light fabrics and floral prints. Wedges or block heels are great for grass! For men: Lightweight suits, dress pants with a button-up shirt, or a sport coat. Ties are optional but welcome. Think polished but not too formal. Plan for grass, sunshine, and dancing—so dress to feel comfortable and stylish in the summer breeze!

Yes! We have a Zola, Amazon and Target registry. Please visit the "Registry" tab if you wish to purchase something for us! We are deeply grateful if you decide to purchase anything from our list.

Where should we send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 33 Sweetwater Road, Lynchburg, VA, 24501. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
