It was Rob's (second) senior year at the University of Missouri and Courtney's sophomore year. Their respective fraternity and sorority houses were literally across the street from one another so though they didn't know each other for the first year and a half they were in school together it's safe to say the pair crossed paths more than a few times before finally meeting when Courtney's sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma was paired with Rob's fraternity, Delta Sigma Phi for Greek Week in 2009. That semester Rob and Courntey saw each other at parties and bars nearly every weekend and bonded over their love of "Inglorious Basterds" as well as what doctors would probably consider too many drinks. They stayed in and out of touch over the years due to their mutual interest in writing and acting. Courtney in L.A., Rob in Austin. The two would message each other on Facebook about projects they were working on and other random things they found funny or annoying or dumb or great. Eventually Courtney, who grew up in Dallas, got tired of life on the West Coast and wanted to come home to Texas. Courtney's mom Danna thought her daughter might like Austin more than Dallas or Houston and suggested she move there. Courtney, who knew Rob lived in Austin, decided that was indeed the move to make and headed for the Capital. Within days of Courtney's arrival the pair linked up. Rob invited Courtney to the Total Frat Move company party (it's a miracle she's still here) and by the end of the night, the two of them were more or less together. Soon after Rob met Courtney's dog Leo and was pretty much fully committed from then on out. A little over a year later they moved in together and haven't looked back since, except to laugh.
