Kelsey and Mason met in their Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Mercer University in 2019 and immediately hit it off. They were close friends who simply enjoyed each other's company, until they admitted feelings for one another in 2020 and began dating. They have been attached at the hip and crazy about each other ever since! A few games of catch, corn hole, and beer pong later, they are happily in love and can't wait to begin their life together!

Since we started dating in the midst of a global pandemic, the usual "first date" options were off the table. We were dying to get out and do anything, so Mason did some research into nearby towns and decided Chattanooga would be a great place to explore just for a day! We left Mason's house at 6am and made it to Chattanooga in time for breakfast at Maple Street Biscuit Co. We spent the day exploring what little was open, walking around, and absolutely falling in love with Chattanooga. We vowed to each other we would come back when everything was open, and that we did. In August of 2021, Mason took me back to Chattanooga for our one-year anniversary and asked me to marry him on Lookout Mountain. Chattanooga has such a special place in our hearts, and we couldn't think of a more perfect place to get married.
