Hotel
The Jay is our hotel pick; this is where we’ll be staying, and we reserved a room block here with discounted rates (linked below, click "view" to book)! The Jay is next to the historic Jackson Square neighborhood and walkable to the Embarcadero, the Ferry Building, and nearby neighborhoods like North Beach (home to one of our favorite bookstores– City Lights) and Chinatown (the oldest Chinatown in the US!). The hotel is distinctly San Francisco–themed, with local artists featured throughout and design details influenced by California culture, right down to the green paint that nods to Ruth Asawa’s sweater! We’d love it if you joined us at the Jay! ♥️ **If you try to book a room through the link and it seems that the room you’d like is not available, please let us know (text Zach or Hannah, or our parents) and we will add more to the block!

We don’t have a room block here but depending on availability, it may be slightly cheaper than the block of reserved rooms at The Jay. The Hilton FiDi is just a 10-minute walk from the Jay and another great hotel option! It’s right across the street from the Transamerica Pyramid and walking distance to all North Beach and Chinatown have to offer.
Hotel
We don’t have a room block here either, but the Hyatt Regency is another great hotel in the area. It will likely be more expensive than both the Hilton and the Jay. The Hyatt is the closest of the three hotels to the Embarcadero and the Ferry Building (and our favorite bakery, Mariposa, which is entirely gluten free!).
