Check-In at the Venue

5:15 pm

Check-in time is at 5pm. The venue cannot accommodate early check-ins. If you're in the area before the designated check in time of 5pm, please be aware that there is plenty to do. The venue often suggests that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop before coming to the Oasis. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food! Café Solei, and Park House are wonderful spots for a nice lunch. Springdale also has 4 wonderful galleries to explore, and a number of unique rock shops worth checking out. Parking: There is a lot of concrete space, and plenty of room to accommodate multiple vehicles with ease. **If you are flying in and are interested in doing a shuttle to ease the cost of a rental vehicle, please let me know and I can do my best to help coordinate. Ceremony

3:45 pm - 4:15 pm

This event will be in the back pasture of the house. There is grass, but Zion is also the desert so keep in mind that it's a dry climate that gets down into the 40s in the evening with projected day time temperatures of 60s to 70s.

Check-Out at the Venue

10:00 am

If staying with us and departing on the 13th, we ask that everyone kindly help with venue's checkout process. From the venue: "Before departure, please ensure the following tasks are done: - Please leave all bed linens and blankets in place on your bed. - Remove all trash from the home, theatre and patios, around the pool, yard, outdoor grounds area and place in dumpster. - Start the dishwasher if needed (normal wash). - Put anything (furniture, toys, supplies) you moved back into its original space - Place the hot tub cover back on hot tub before leaving. - Bring all wet and dirty towels to the laundry room tile floor. - Check drawers, under beds, seat cushions, pantry, refrigerator, etc. so you don’t leave your food or personal items behind. - Log off any TV or online accounts that you signed on to and place remotes near their designated TV. - Remove any excess dirt or sand in the house. Vacuums and brooms are located in the closet next to the family game room area."
