Do you have a hotel room block?

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, multiple free parking lots are available at the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Formal Attire or Black-Tie Optional.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended that you arrive at the ceremony 15 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Will the wedding and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in the Courtyard Garden (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will be in an indoor/outdoor space while the reception will be in the Henrico Ballroom.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, the wedding and reception will be adults-only.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are not able to accommodate every guest bringing a plus one. We can only accommodate the names listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony; please refrain from taking any photos during that time. After that, it's open season (and please send us any photos you take)!

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the venue?

Answer

Because most of the guests are staying at the hotel on-site, we will not be providing transportation. You are welcome to drive, and there is plenty of parking at the venue! If you plan to drink, please do not drive - it is very easy to get an Uber or Lyft in the area.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

The open bar will include beer, wine, and liquor and will be served during the cocktail hour and reception. Beer includes: Coors Banquet, Coors Light, Budweiser, Bud Light, Miller Light, Yuengling Lager, Heineken, Samuel Adams, Corona, Stella Artois Wine includes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio Liquor includes: Stoli Vodka, Bombay Gin, Bacardi Rum, Suaza Gold Tequila, Jim Beam Bourbon, Dewars White Scotch, Jack Daniels Whiskey

Will the After Party include an open bar?

Answer

The open bar will close when the reception ends. If you wish to keep drinking, a cash bar will be open for the duration of the After Party. A Late-Night Snack - Warm Bavarian pretzels with gourmet mustards - will be served at the After Party. Again, the After Party is fully optional!
