Matron of Honor
Michaela is my older sister. Although we couldn’t be more opposite I’ve wanted to be just like her since I was a little girl. Having her as my seester has been one of my favorite blessings.
Maid of Honor
Jen and I met on our first day of nursing school, it didn’t take long for her to become like a sister to me. When we weren't studying for school, Jen, Sam, and I were drinking and eating our way through Denver. I feel so lucky I left nursing school with my BSN and a life long best friend.
Bridesmaid
I’ve been lucky enough to call Brooke my best friend for nearly 20 years! We grew up in the same neighborhood and have literally been through everything together... and when I say everything, I mean everything, Brooke was there for my first kiss, my first illegal drink, and every hard time in between. She has been the best wing women all these years!
Bridesmaid
Alanna and I met shortly after our senior year of high school. According to her she didn’t like me when we first met, thanks for changing your mind about me Alanna! We both had the bright idea of dropping out of college to move to Denver when we were 19. We were roommates for a year, but we don't talk about that time anymore.
Bridesman
Connor and I met our senior year of high school. I was dating one of his best friends. That relationship didn’t last, but I’m so thankful it brought me to Connor. Whenever I'm having a bad day I know I can count on Connor to brighten my mood. We have a sense of humor no one else understands, but we don't care.
Bridesmaid
Cali has been making me laugh and publicly embarrassing me since we were children. She’s my younger cousin and we’ve been connected at the hip since she was born.
Bridesmaid
Taylor and I met through Alexa and it didn’t take long for Tay and I become best friends. 90% of our friendship has been long distance, but we’ve made up for that with numerous trips spent with each other. Three summers ago Tay, Sam, and I spent a whole week in NYC together (shout out Mo & Kenz). I knew Sam was the one for me, because he hardly complained when we requested he take nearly 1000 photos of us.
Bridesmaid
Alexa and I met in our undergrad microbiology class. She was late for our first day of class and was forced to be my lab partner! Alexa ended up moving into my parents house that summer, and needles to say it was the best summer of our lives. Sam, Alexa, Jonny and I once went on a 12 hour road trip together....can you guess who slept the whole time and didn't help drive at all? Yep, Alexa.
Bridesmaid
Alix and I met while at the gym, and we shortly realized we had a scary amount in common with each other. We are both convinced we knew each other in another life.
Best Man
Louie is my older brother so we literally go back to birth. The best way to describe Louie is absolutely hilarious and one of a kind. He's been a helluva person to look up to and someone who is awesome to spend time with. The only sport he is better than me at is baseball. I've got him in everything else (especially golf) although he'd never admit that.
Groomsman
Jake and I have known each other since before high school but we really became best friends at the start of college. We went to school in different states but we were always together when home for breaks. We lived together for a year in Denver and still see each other regularly. I hit a triple off Jake in an 8th grade baseball game.
Groomsman
Jay and I have been pretty much best friends since our senior year of high school. We played soccer together at Vianney and he once drove us to a game senior year and we stopped at Quiktrip before the game to get a fountain Gatorade. Jay probably had close to $50 in change in his car but wouldn't let me have 75 cents to get a drink. Since then we've bonded over mostly golf, Rush songs, Andy Tate, and Jason Siegel movies; specifically Forgetting Sarah Marshall and I Love You, Man.
Groomsman
Jonny and I played soccer together in college and lived together for 3 years. We pretty much had nothing in common at the start of our freshmen year but I eventually got him into fantasy football and college basketball. Still working on getting him into baseball
Groomsman
Jack and I went to high school together and quickly grew quite a friendship built mostly around Duke Basketball and HBO series Entourage. We are probably the two most annoying people when were together because we almost exclusively say Entourage quotes and talk about cinnamon whiskey.
Groomsman
Ryan and I's friendship goes back all the way to being like 6 years old. We were inseparable as kids and would often be in his backyard playing wiffle ball and basketball, or in his basement playing hockey. We played pretty much every sport together growing up and are both 7-Time City County Champs. We don't see each other nearly as much these days, but when we do, it's a whole lot of baseball talk.
Groomsman
Josh and I's friendship also goes back to being kids. I was often at his house or we were at the Blockbuster on Telegraph renting way to graphic movies for kids our age. We played soccer together from probably the age of 5 until we lost the state championship together at Vianney in 2010. I'm not sure there's a person in the world who makes me laugh like he does.
Groomsman
When I moved to NYC after finishing school in 2016, I had no friends. Chris and I ended up living together for most of my time there. After an early spat over how much I should pay him for a bed, we quickly bonded over beer, sports, and NBA 2k. He still lives in NYC but we talk regularly, mostly about his Boston teams winning every championship ever. That is until the Blues beat the Bruins!
