Maid of Honor
I met Abby during college at her dad's bible study. We shortly realized that we had a lot in common and quickly became close friends. Since then, she has been my go-to gal in all areas of life. We have walked together through many different seasons and I thank God for such a kind, selfless, gracious friend. I couldn't say "I do" without her next to me.
Bridesmaid
Lindy and I met several years ago while serving in the nursery at church. A few years later in 2020, Lindy and I got together and decided we wanted to be friends. We lived across the country from each other but kept in contact over the phone and Marco Polo. Lindy has brought a lot of Godly wisdom and joy into my life since we became close. She is adventurous, strong, and kind. I don't know where I would be without her. I can't believe how lucky I am to have her as a new sister.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and I met in 2021. She is probably one of the most caring and nurturing people I know. She is also a go-getter type of person that I so appreciate being in my life. Sarah is also so encouraging when it comes to walking with the Lord and trusting his hand in everything. I feel quite honored to have this sweet friend in my life.
Bridesmaid
McCamey and I met at Northern State in the worst literature class ever. I was so excited, though, because she was so fun and nice. I could tell that she loved the Lord because of the way she cared for everyone around her. McCamey has a way of just forcing people to be her friend. I wasn't mad about it, though, because I also wanted to be her friend! It has been such a pleasure to have McCamey in my life and to walk with her through the years.
Bridesmaid
Rachel joined the Kawasaki family when she married my brother, Andrew, in 2017. She is not only a perfect fit for my brother, she has also been a sweet, encouraging friend to me. I didn't grow up with any sisters so it has been so sweet to have a confidant and friend. Rachel is someone that will always push me to be more Christ-like. I'm excited to have her to keep me accountable and encourage us in marriage!
Bridesmaid
Liz has been the sweetest of friends. Her relationship with the Lord is encouraging to everyone around her. We became friends years ago when I was in high school and I have been blessed greatly by her friendship ever since. If Liz is around, everybody is bound to have fun because she is always up for a good time! I am so honored to have her witness this covenant!
Best Man
Levi joined the Bushnell Family back on the 2nd of December, 1997, later than he was supposed to but not so late that it was an issue. Levi and I have been at each other's side for a lot of our greatest adventures. On the 3rd of September 2023 Levi will stand by my side one more time as I embark on my greatest adventure yet.
Groomsman
AKA JP is one of my best friends, born to my Aunt Evelyn. I have known him since his birth. I have watched Jonathan grow up to be a phenomenal man, friend, and husband to Sarah Acree. There are many memories we share from hiking thru the woods all over Virginia, East Texas, and New England to living in the same basement room in Lynchburg. I stood next to JP as he married the love of his life and I look forward to having him stand with me as I marry mine. I could not ask for a better man to be standing with me at my wedding.
Groomsman
Noah has been my friend since we were toddlers. Ever since his birth to my aunt Kelly, he has been a very passionate person. I have watched Noah become a very energetic friend, confident in himself, confident in his friends, and passionate about those he loves. I stood by Noah as he married the woman of his dreams and I look forward to having him stand with me as I marry the woman of my dreams.
Groomsman
Jake has had to deal with me from day one. Being one of my older brothers he has helped me become the man I am today. I remember going on many adventures with Jake and I was honored to stand next to him as he started a new journey with his wife Jenna. I look forward to having Jake stand next to me as I start this new journey with Camille.
Groomsman
Tim is the eldest of the 4 Bushnell brothers as such he took a lot of effort in setting a good example for his younger brothers and sisters. Tim is a patient and kind man and has taken the time to lend me his ear and speak wisdom into my life. I remember standing in support of Tim as he married his wife Leah. I look forward to having Tim standing in support of me as I marry Camille.
Personal Attendant
Annie and I met on the swim team when they were 6 and 7 years old. Through the years there have been many adventures, car rides, and sleepovers. Annie has always been such a precious friend and lane buddy for life. I'm excited for he to be a part of my big day :)
