The venue is right outside of Smith Mountain Lake.

-Roanoke (ROA) 45min-1hour from SML
-Washington Dulles (IAD) 4-4.5 hours from SML
-Raleigh, NC (RDU) 2.5-3 hours from SML
-Lynchburg, VA (LYH) 45 min. from SML

Hotels:
We do not have hotels blocked because of the location and time of year. There are a couple hotels on Smith Mountain Lake and in the surrounding areas. Note that hotels in Roanoke and Lynchburg will be about 45 minutes away from the venue. Bedford is about a half an hour from the venue.
