When is the deadline to RSVP?

Due to all these logistics that we had no idea were involved in planning a wedding, we kindly ask you to confirm by April 14th, 2025.

What should I wear?

Answer

There is no dress code. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to dance. If that is not enough for you and you're wondering what everyone else will be wearing, you'll see some people in nice suits, some people in polos and summer dresses, and some people in shorts and flip flops. Don't overthink it. And bring a bathing suit, just in case!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? What kind of weather should I expect?

Answer

The wedding is outdoors. June in the Lazio region of Italy is balmy and beautiful - with good weather you can expect 27C (80F) during the day and 18C (65F) at night. At the moment - likely attributable to reasons we won't get into - it's looking like a very warm day on Saturday (37C or 97F). Thankfully it's a dry heat and there's plenty of shade in the garden! And if it rains, lucky us! We have a back-up option at Villa Moenia (see homepage of the website for address) and will update everyone the day before.

How do I get to and from the venue?

See the Travel section of our website for more details, including recommendations for nearby accommodation and other hot tips. Key info: If you are driving to Castel Bagnolo, Google maps will take you around the bend. The best way to get here is to search for Casa Castel Bagnolo and then add "Parco San Marco - The Mangrove Festival" as an intermediate stop. This is the quickest route to the venue. There is one taxi driver in Orte who can usually be found near the train station. His number: +39 337 764 081 We are also providing a shuttle service for a few hotels/houses with a high concentration of guests between 11:30pm - 3:30am.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, given the venue space and number of guests already invited, we cannot give every guest a plus-one. We are lucky (and deeply grateful) to have a big network of friends and family coming from every corner of the world. If you have any doubts, please write us.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please indicate in the RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them. You can expect food options that cover the most common diets, allergies, and intolerances.
