Classic French restaurant, owned by Tincho's aunt. One of the traditional, great restaurants in Medellin. If you go, don't miss out on the Entrecote!
A cozy steakhouse a few minutes away from the city. This is where we met, had our first date, and where we had dinner the day Tincho Proposed! One of our favorite in the city.
Amazing restaurant with a modern take on Colombian flavors. One of our favorite places in the city.
Similar to OCI, a great spot modernizing Colombian flavors, mixed with a great cocktail menu and a good ambiance.
Another great option that highlights Colombian flavors with great, innovative recipes. A little more laid back than OCI.Mde and El Botanico, but the food speaks for itself.
Small, hipster pizza place. Great for a quiet bite. If you go, don't miss out on the Lola!
Great place for those who love healthy food. One of Cami's favorites, and it is a great option for brunch. Make sure to go to the one in El Poblado (Cra. 37), or the one in Mall Le Mont (very near to where we live, just outside the city).
This place is pretty new, but it's one of the best options if you are looking for healthy options! Cami just loves it. It used to be a healthy food brand that you could buy for eating at home, but they opened their new brick and mortar spot, and it is great!
Another great option for brunch in the Provenza area of El Poblado.
If you want to try traditional Colombian food, this is the place to go! It has the best "Bandeja Paisa", and many other amazing dish options from our region, Antioquia. It is Tincho's favorite traditional restaurant, and it's the place his family have been going to for generations. If you decide to go, don't miss out on the Chicharron, but be prepared to take a nap afterwards!
We don't go out much in the city, but if you want to go clubbing, this is one of the best in town. Lots of drinks, Reggaeton, and located in the famous "Provenza" area of El Poblado, this is one of the best places to go out in the city
Another great club for those who want to party. Remember you are in Medellin, so be prepared for lots of Reggaeton, and even more Aguardiente. Also in "Provenza"
So cards on the table, this is a disorganized, loud, grungy shop in the middle of the "Provenza" area. It's a great place to go have some Aguardientes, eat Empanadas, and simply have a great time. It's a classic place frequented mostly by locals, but it's one of those interesting locations you'll feel the true essence of the city. Very recommended!
