FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in a beautiful state park setting, so we recommend elevated casual attire that’s both comfortable and photo-ready. Think: sundresses, flowy outfits, button-downs, polos, or lightweight dress shirts. You’ll likely be walking on dirt paths or uneven ground, so we suggest comfortable shoes like flats, boots, wedges, or dressy sneakers. Most importantly, wear something you feel good in and can move around in easily. We want everyone to be comfortable, relaxed, and ready to enjoy the day with us!

Question

What time should I arrive to Crescent Moon Ranch?

Answer

We will walk with the whole group from the main parking area to our picked spot for the ceremony right at 2:30pm, so please plan to arrive at around 2:15 pm to get settled in with the group. If you're interested in exploring on your own, you might want to get to the park at around 1:30pm. We will also have a picnic right after with light refreshments and cake.

Question

Will we need to purchase any park passes?

Answer

For the Wedding Ceremony itself, we have already reserved a space for our group (10 vehicles), so there is no need to pay for a parking pass/entrance fee to Crescent Moon Ranch. If you plan to do any other trails in Sedona, you will need to purchase a Red Rock Day pass for $5 found here: https://www.recreation.gov/sitepass/74387 For further information about park passes, please visit this link: https://www.fs.usda.gov/r03/coconino/passes/red-rock-coconino-passes-program

Question

Will Food and Drinks be provided?

Answer

Absolutely. Whether you're joining us for Friday's cocktail hour, the wedding reception at the restaurant, the picnic, or the after party back at the AirBnB, food and drinks will be provided.
