Hiking in the Lost Sierras
There are a ton of hiking trails of different lengths in the Graeagle area.
Float the Feather River
Put your tube into the Feather River at the bridge near the old Graeagle Dairy. The coordinates are 39°46'23.7"N 120°36'41.7"W. We typically float to the Plumas Pines Neighborhood, and get out at about 39.792536, -120.639972.
Golf Courses Nearby
Graeagle is well known for their golf courses. There are six courses within about an hour of our venue. Graegle Meadows, Grizzly Ranch, Nakoma Resort, Plumas Pines, and Whitehawk Ranch are all 18 hole courses, whereas Feather River Park is a 9 hole course. There is also a mini golf course in the center of Graeagle.
The Millpond
In the center of Graeagle is the Mill Pond, where people gather to swim, paddleboard, kayak, fish, and hang out by the water in the heat of the day.
