This is the fastest option and is a 10 minute Uber to the Island Charter location in Downtown Portland. However, fares can be higher and can require a layover if traveling from out of New England.

Boston-Logan International Airport (BOS)
Boston-Logan International Airport (BOS): This is typically cheaper and rarely requires a layover. Concord Coach Lines is a charter bus service that departs hourly and guests would arrive at the Portland Transportation Center, which is a 5 minute Uber to Downtown. Tickets are $40 each way and can be purchased on Concord's website.

Concord Coach Lines
This is the primary transit option if flying into Boston-Logan International Airport. Fares are $40 each way and can be purchased on their website. Buses run near-hourly and a ticket can be used for any bus transit. For those arriving Friday morning into Boston, the following bus times will allow you to arrive in Portland and comfortably make it to the 1:00pm private charter: Depart Boston: 5:55am Arrive Portland: 7:55am Depart Boston: 7:30am Arrive Portland: 9:55am Depart Boston: 9:30am Arrive Portland: 11:40am For Sunday departures, the private charter will arrive into Portland at noon. The below bus times are the first three available, with additional buses every hour. Those will earlier flights will need to use the Chebeague Island Ferry service: Depart Portland: 12:30pm Arrive Boston: 2:25pm Depart Portland: 1:30pm Arrive Boston: 3:25pm Depart Portland: 2:30pm Arrive Boston: 4:25pm

Fogg's Water Taxi Private Charter

A private charter for all guests will depart Portland at 1:00pm on Friday and depart Chebeague Island at 11:00am on Sunday. Drinks and light snacks will be served on the trip to Chebeague Island and includes a 2 hour scenic tour around the islands of Casco Bay. The return trip on Sunday will be a 1 hour direct trip to Portland. ** Casco Bay Lines also travels to the island, but would drop guests 3 miles from the Inn. No taxi or Uber service is available on the Island and no transportation would be available for the guests.

Chebeague Island Inn
This is the only hotel on the island and is a beautiful, historic Victorian summer inn. All rooms are reserved for the wedding and cost approximately $300-350 a night. Most island homes are rented for entire weeks or months in advance, with AirBnB/VRBO options being extremely limited. We strongly discourage attempting to stay in a hotel off of the island as public ferry service can be erratic and prone to cancellation.

Chebeague Island Ferry Service
Guests who wish to depart earlier or later may take the Chebeague Island Ferry, which will depart from the same location as the private charter and will drop guests at Cousin's Island, which is approximately a 30 minute Uber ride to the airport. Ferries depart approximately every 2 hours beginning at 8:00am with the last service at 8:00pm. However, the schedule can be erratic and is prone to cancellations. Please only use this option if your flight schedule does not allow for use of the private charter. Tickets must be purchased in advance on the Chebeague Ferry website.
