When is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than August 31, 2026. You can begin by clicking the "RSVP" tab on our website or by scanning the QR code on your invite. Let us know via email if you're having trouble: cbwcwedding@gmail.com.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that you wear your best cocktail attire! Think dressy, but not black tie. Short or long dresses are both appropriate, as is a suit with a jacket—no need for a tux. Feel free to dress in cheerful colors to match the celebratory vibe, but please avoid white!

How many nights should I book at the hotel?

Answer

Plan to arrive in Durham no later than Friday morning (10/2). We encourage you to stay for our Saturday morning brunch at 11am and to explore all that Durham has to offer in the fall! **Members of the wedding party should plan to arrive Thursday morning (10/1) for our rehearsal.**

Is everything at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Carolina Grove. Busses will come to the venue to take us to the after party, but we will also have busses that return to the hotel for those who would rather go home.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

DUH! Everyone is invited to Duke's college bar, Shooters II, to celebrate with us. Busses will take us from the venue to Shooters at 11pm. Getting back to your hotel from Shooters will be easy. The bar is in downtown Durham, very close to your hotel.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors, and the venue is climate-controlled.

How should I get to Carolina Grove?

Answer

Shuttles will depart from the 21c Hotel around 4:15pm. The shuttle ride will take around 20 minutes.

If I'm not taking the shuttles, what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm. There is parking at the venue, but we recommend that you Uber or take our shuttles.

Will you accommodate dietary restrictions and/or allergies at dinner?

Answer

Yes. Our dinner stations will offer vegan, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten free, and nut-free options. If you are worried about a particular dietary restriction, please let Cam or Will know and we will communicate with our caterer.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, we ask that you leave them at home. The venue can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.
