We have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn for our guests! Please use the group code “TTW” for the discounted price. The discounted price will only be available until April 13, 2026. A shuttle bus to take you to the venue will be provided, leaving from the Hampton Inn.

We have arranged a bus transportation to and from the Hampton Inn. The bus will be leaving the hotel at 4:45pm exactly, please be sure to be on time. The bus will also drive you back to the hotel at the end of the night and will leave Poplar Springs around 11pm. Please let us know if you will be using the shuttle bus in your RSVP, so we can ensure everyone has a seat!

We do not have a hotel block at this location, but it will still be available for your stay. Guests who stay at this location will still be able to use the shuttle bus transportation from the Hampton Inn.
