What does "Black-Tie" mean?

If anything isn’t perfect, just let them know and they’ll send you a free replacement right away. You have 3 days to send back any rented items—return shipping is included. Pack it back in the box, drop it off, and you’re all set. Extended rental is an extra $60 Allen's 828 Lincoln Ave., Steamboat Springs, CO, 80487 (970) 879-0351 You can get fitted at any location in the USA which is affiliated with JFW. Here is a link to find local stores that can take the measurements. https://www.jimsformalwear.com/store-locator They will send the measurements to JFW, which will then ship the tux to Allen’s for a final fitting. Then Sunday return the tux to Allen’s

What should I wear?
Answer
Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared for a little bit of everything. Morning and evening are usually chilly and then the afternoon get's pretty warm. Layers are your best friend! Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. For women, I would recommend bringing something warm to wear over your dress. For men, if you don't want your date stealing your jacket at night I would recommend recommending to your date they bring something warm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Although we wish everyone could join us, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are so excited to celebrate with you! If you have any questions, please reach out to Cam 434-327-7683

Do I need to RSVP, and if so when?
Answer
If you would like to have a seat, food, and anything fun to drink then yes. We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 14th, 2025 so that we can plan accordingly.

Will I have cell service?
Answer
Throughout steamboat yes, but at the ranch where we are getting married the cell service is going to vary. Some areas will have service but it's unpredictable so don't count on it.

Can I drive to the venue?
Answer
Short answer is no. Cars are not allowed at the venue but if you have a medical reason please reach out to Cam and we will see what we can do. Also, there will be a shuttle service for guests that leaves from the base of the mountain (Sheraton and Grand Hotel) and will also bring you back post festivities.

Alas, no. This will be an adults only event.
