Molly's family farm. Come take a walk and see the horses. Roughly 25 minutes from the Hampton Inn.
Aarons Beach
Local beach on the Chesapeake Bay roughly 30 minutes from the Hampton Inn in Gloucester. To get here, drive to the end of State Route 645 until you reach the water. A little harder to find than some of the other beaches in the area but worth going off the beaten path.
Hughlett Point Natural Area Preserve
One of the best parks in the area with trails, a woodland boardwalk, and a long stretch of beach for walking. This is a little further trip: roughly a 45-50 minute drive from downtown Gloucester.
Town of Kilmarnock
Come visit the commercial hub of the Northern Neck. There are a number of restaurants, shops, boutiques, and the best antique store in the area. The town is 40 minutes from downtown Gloucester.

A 28 acre farm, garden, and locally run flower shop dedicated to sustainable, chemical-free growing practices. Roughly 7 minutes from the Hampton Inn Gloucester.
Downtown Matthews
Visit downtown Matthews, Virginia (Molly's original hometown). Several restaurants to check out (Southwind Pizza, The White Dog Cafe to name a few) and local shops.
