We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free.

Are the wedding events indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding venue is outdoors with a covered dance floor and seating. Note, ground at the venue can be uneven so plan your shoes accordingly.

What facilities are available at the venue?

We will have outdoor bathrooms on site.

What food/beverages will be provided?

Answer

We will serve dinner in a buffet style without formal assigned seating. There will be an open bar with full service.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

There are two options for transport to the venue. You can either drive yourself (see description of turn below) or take the shuttle services arranged from the Hampton Inn in Gloucester. These will leave at 3:00 PM prior to the event and return on a rolling basis between 9 PM and 10:45 PM. There are not reliable Uber/Lift options in the area.

I drove myself and can't find the turn to the venue. What do I do now?

Answer

If you are driving yourself it is easy to miss the turn. It is sandwiched between Island Stop BBQ and the gas station off of New Point Comfort Highway. Keep going down Turpin Lane until you get to the Inn (yes you are on the right road).

Is there a formal dress code?

Answer

No, there is not. Dress appropriately for a late summer/early fall outdoor wedding.

What entertainment should we expect?

Answer

The 7th Street Band will perform. They are an 8 piece Motown/Disco/Dance Band based locally.
