We met in 2020 at the University of Charleston, and from the very beginning, there was just something about each other we couldn’t ignore. Even before we ever spoke, we always seemed to notice one another, in quick moments of eye contact on campus, passing each other during workouts or walks to class, we couldn't ignore one another. Everything shifted when Guy decided to walk up to Cami sitting at the campus coffee shop and ask "is this seat taken?". What started as a casual conversation turned into three hours that felt like thirty minutes. It was effortless, it felt like we’d known each other forever, and at the same time, like we’re discovering something we didn’t realize we’d been missing. In both the little moments and the big ones, it just made sense. From then on we were inseparable. Since then, life took us through so many different seasons together. We did long‑distance during COVID, made it back to school, graduated side by side, and started figuring out life after college. Guy played four years of professional football while Cami pursued fitness management and became a Pilates instructor. We got our sweet dog, Bleu, who quickly became a special part of our little family. Over the years, we moved from the D.C. area to Memphis and back again, navigating changing cities, careers, and everything in between. We’re still learning, still growing, and still choosing each other every day. We’re grateful for every chapter that led us here, and we’re so excited to step into this next one as husband and wife.🤍
