We met for the first time working at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, Elk Grove in 2010. Though we were both in relationships at the time, we couldn't help but notice each other. Camden remembers Sara as being the short, little, blonde garden girl stomping around the store in rubber boots. Sara remembers Camden as being the tall, funny, plumbing specialist who constantly played practical jokes on fellow employees. Even though the time wasn't right for us in 2010, we finally got our chance in 2012 while at a Saint Patrick's Day party. We were both single and ready to mingle. The rest as they say is history.

Seven years later, Camden popped the question Christmas morning 2018. Sara was finishing unwrapping her last gift from Santa. Camden quickly got up and walked over to Seymour, their taxidermy wall-mounted pet jackalope. He took the mount off the wall and told Sara that Seymour had one last gift. In complete confusion, Sara looked around. Low and behold, wrapped around one of the antlers, was a beautiful pear shaped engagement ring. Through tears, she said YES!
