FAQs

The Wedding Website of Camden Nelson and Cameron Polo
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire. For men, a suit and tie is suggested. A midi- or full-length dress / evening gowns are suggested for women. Maine weather can be a little chilly; while the reception will be inside, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside by the water on the lawn. Please pack something to help keep warm if it ends up being on the cooler side!

Question

Do I need to stay at the Nonantum Resort?

Answer

We would love for as many people as possible to stay at the Nonantum if possible! However, there are tons of great options within walking distance, so you will be involved in the action regardless. There are limited rooms at the Nonantum, so all are encouraged to book rooms as soon as you know you can attend.

Question

When should I respond by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April Second with your meal choices for both the Lobster Bake and the wedding reception. Please let us know any dietary restrictions. We hope we can celebrate with you this May!

Question

How do I crack a lobster?

Answer

Camden and Cam will upload a helpful tutorial in the coming weeks to ensure that everyone is prepared for our welcome event, so be sure to check back for updates! There will also be staff walking around to assist the day of, but the best way is always just to dive right in!
