YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch
YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch is where the ceremony and reception will be held. It also offers a long list of activities such as archery, mini-golf, indoor pool, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails, reservoir fishing, craft shop (crafts range $1-$25), program lawn games, disc golf, a library, and the Kiva recreation center (roller skating, volleyball, basketball, badminton, tennis, pool, ping pong etc.).
The Foundry Cinema & Bowl
The Foundry Cinema & Bowl is a great place to watch a movie and bowl with family and friends.
Fraser Valley Rec
The Fraser Valley Rec facility features a 30-foot climbing wall, 20-foot loop slide, lazy river, hot tub, full weight and cardio room, fitness classes, and much more.
The Gondola Lift
The Gondola lift at Winter Park will bring you to an elevation of 10,700 feet. On both the way up and at the top, views of the Continental Divide and the Fraser Valley can be spotted.
Golfing at Granby Resort
The 18-hole championship course is perfect for golfers of all abilities. With meandering greens and unparalleled Rocky Mountain views, the course consistently ranks as one of the top mountain golf courses in the state.
Hiking!
This is a no brainer! There are so many wonderful trails all around the venue as well as Winter Park and Granby. Make sure to get out and enjoy the fresh mountain air!
Rocky Mountain National Park
Take a drive through Rockie Mountain National Park and stop to see wildlife as well as hiking some trails.
Lookout Mountain Park
Lookout mountain is always on the list of stops when people are in town visiting. Lookout Mountain has views of the mountains as well as Denver and Golden. This location is also where the legendary Buffalo Bill is buried.
Mount Evans
The road to Mount Evans peak is a 14-mile ascent on the highest paved road in North America, rising to 14,200 feet above sea level. Keep on the lookout, as mountain goats often graze alongside the highway.
Grand Lake Shops and Boardwalk
Grand Lake has a little boardwalk with shops and Colorado souvenirs. Grand Lake also has amazing mountain views.
