When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:30pm to make sure everyone finds their seat and we start on time!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have three hotel blocks in total. Two in Nashville and one in Gallatin. You can take advantage of any of the hotel blocks or feel free to find your own accommodations in either location or somewhere in between! Please note that the Friday welcome event is in Nashville, while the wedding on Saturday is in Gallatin, roughly 30 minutes outside of central Nashville.

All guests are noted on your invitation. Invited guests can be verified by the drop down options when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail attire - dark jackets and slacks or cocktail dresses are perfect for the occasion.

Are kids welcome?

The wedding will be adults-only, other than our family.

Is there parking?

Answer

There is ample parking around the venue, with a parking garage in the back and street parking in the area.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Ubers and Lyfts are readily available in the area for travel to and from the Hilton in Gallatin, airbnbs in the area, or back to Nashville. Parking is available near the venue, but if you plan to drink, we encourage you to use rideshare or carpool options.
