If you have any questions other than what we have listed here, please reach out to Emily at 925-550-7282.
Question

Can I RSVP online, or do I need to mail in my RSVP card?

Answer

Please RSVP directly on this website under the RSVP tab. If your invitation includes multiple guests, you can RSVP for everyone in your party by entering just one person’s name as it appears on the invitation.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

You’ll find our hotel room blocks listed under the Travel tab. The San Ramon Marriott is our preferred hotel, as transportation will be provided: - To and from the Welcome Party - From the wedding venue at the end of the night We recommend booking your stay at the San Ramon Marriott for the most convenient experience throughout the weekend. We have also reserved a room block at a nearby Hilton. If you choose to stay at either property, we kindly ask that you book through our room block link so we can keep track of guest accommodations. You’re also welcome to stay elsewhere nearby — there are plenty of great hotel and Airbnb options in the area.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for select events throughout the weekend: - Welcome Party: Shuttles to and from the San Ramon Marriott - Wedding Night: Shuttles from the venue to the After Party and to the San Ramon Marriott Please note that transportation will not be provided to the ceremony, so guests should plan to drive or arrange a ride. Parking is also available at all events.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes — complimentary parking will be available on-site.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding dress code is semi-formal. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. For the wedding, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or yellow dresses, as those colors will be reserved for the bride and bridal party. The Welcome Party will be dressy casual — think sundresses, jumpsuits, or summer evening attire.

Question

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors immediately following at the same venue. The venue address can be found on the Travel tab.

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Guests will enjoy a full dinner and open bar during the reception.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, but due to space limitations, only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but the wedding day will be an adults-only celebration. Children are welcome to join us for the Welcome Party. If you plan to bring children to the Welcome Party, please be sure to note this on your RSVP.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Pleasanton in late June typically enjoys warm, sunny days and cooler evenings. Average daytime temperatures are in the low 80s, with evenings cooling down to the mid-50s. We recommend light, breathable fabrics for the outdoor ceremony and bringing a wrap or jacket for later in the evening.
