Dressy Casual: Think summer dresses, dressy sandals or wedges, light suits or button-downs with slacks — polished but comfortable for an outdoor celebration.
There will be a taco stand and Mexican dinner, along with beer, wine, and margaritas. Complimentary shuttles will be provided to and from the San Ramon Marriott, beginning at 4:30 PM and running continuously throughout the evening. The final shuttle will depart the Welcome Party at 8:15 PM. The ride is approximately 35–40 minutes round trip. Guests are also welcome to drive or use Uber/Lyft. Parking will be available at the residence.

Ceremony & Reception

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please plan to arrive and be seated no later than 3:50 PM. If you arrive after 4:00 PM, you will be welcomed at cocktail hour following the ceremony, so we recommend allowing extra time for traffic and parking. Parking will be available at the venue. Please note that transportation will not be provided to the ceremony. If you plan to use Uber or Lyft, we recommend scheduling your ride in advance or allowing extra time, as availability may be limited close to the ceremony start time. Shuttles will be available at the conclusion of the evening to take guests to the After Party and to the San Ramon Marriott. We kindly ask that you complete the transportation questions on the RSVP page if you’re able. If your plans aren’t finalized, a best guess is greatly appreciated to help us coordinate shuttle accommodations.
After Party

Casual — come as you are or change into something comfortable.
Join us after the reception for a casual after party! We’ll have a portion of the bar reserved along with several pool tables. This will be a cash bar. Shuttles will depart from the wedding venue around 10:30–10:45 PM, making a stop at Crown Billiards for the after party before continuing on to the San Ramon Marriott. Guests are welcome to remain on the shuttle and return directly to the hotel if they prefer to skip the after party. We are currently coordinating return transportation from the after party back to the San Ramon Marriott and will share additional details as plans are finalized.
