Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st. We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible rather than waiting until the deadline. If you’re RSVPing for multiple people, please ensure each guest in your party is accounted for. If you don’t see your name on the RSVP list or have any questions about your invitation, please reach out to either of us or email contact@itsourdayevents.com Additionally, if someone in your party can no longer attend and you’d like to take their place, just let us know!

Can I bring a plus one or children to the wedding?

Answer

We love celebrating with all our friends and family! However, due to venue capacity, plus ones and children can only be accommodated if specified on your invitation and the RSVP tab of this website. We kindly ask that you only RSVP for the guests listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to us email contact@itsourdayevents.com

What should I do if I can no longer attend?

Answer

If you’ve RSVP’d “Attending” but find you can no longer make it, we kindly ask that you update your RSVP status on our website and contact us directly as soon as possible. This will help us make the necessary adjustments, as we’ve already accounted for each guest in our planning. Your timely response is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 12:45 PM to ensure a prompt start. The church has a private parking lot with ample space. Doors close at 12:55 PM and late entry will not be allowed once the ceremony begins. Thank you for being on time!

Is there a hotel block for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Hyatt Regency Long Island, which is just a 12 minute drive from our reception at Villa Lombardi’s. The block is available for Saturday night at a rate of $219 per night. To reserve a room, please use the link on this website under the "Travel" tab. Please book by May 15th. The room block is for Saturday, however, if you’d like to extend your stay to Friday please contact us and/or email contact@itsourdayevents.com, and we’ll be happy to assist!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding registry can be found under the "Registry" tab on this website. If you choose to purchase a gift, we kindly ask that you send it directly to the address linked on our registry, as we kindly request no boxed gifts at the wedding or reception. More than anything, your love, prayers, and presence on our special day are the greatest gifts we could ask for. We are so grateful to celebrate this joyous occasion with you! 💕

Question

Is there transportation provided between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation between the ceremony, hotel, or venue. However, if you require transportation services, please let us know—we’re happy to help arrange something for you.
