We're Getting Married!

It all began one summer during the pandemic—well, sort of. While the world was on lockdown, Saira and Calvin both swiped right on a dating app, and thus, their love story began. But let's be real: if you asked Saira, she'd tell you she wasn't immediately convinced that Calvin was "the one." In fact, she left him "on read" for two whole weeks—ouch, right? But Calvin, being the determined (and slightly hopeless) romantic that he is, wasn't ready to give up. He tried again, and asked for her phone number... and the rest was history. What followed were countless dates where Calvin did his best to charm Saira with his sweet persona and his corny memes. It worked. Just a month into knowing each other, Saira, feeling a little hooked herself, turned to him and asked, "Soooo, what are we?" Calvin, knowing he had the prettiest, funniest, smartest—basically the perfect catch—already on the line, casually reeled her in a little more over some time. And on 11/11, a date so perfectly symmetrical it could only be seen as a cosmic blessing, he asked her to be his girlfriend. Her answer? A resounding yes! Since then, life has been filled with laughter, love, and playful debates. From whether Hip Hop or Bollywood ballads deserve more airplay during car rides (this Passenger Princess doesn’t always get her way) to the never-ending “what to watch” dilemma (basketball or literally anything else).
