Airport Transfers

Complimentary round-trip transfers are included! Book at least 2 weeks in advance here or email customerservicept@thepalacecompany.com. Note: You will need your confirmation number that starts with "MP-". If you have extended your stay we suggest emailing as there seem to be some issues if you have multiple hotel reservations. The ride from Cancun Airport (CUN) to the resort is only about 15–20 minutes. For families with kids: They provide car seats for children under 3 — you can request one when booking the transfer. Additionally, the confirmation email you'll receive will be clipped by Gmail -- be sure to view the entire email as it has helpful details on how to find the staff and pick-up location.

Resort Credits!

All room bookings include $750 in resort credits (possibly more based on nights booked) which can be used for tours, activities, spa, and golf. See below for more details. Email toursinfo@thepalacecompany.com with any questions. Once you arrive, the lobby concierge desks can help you book everything easily.

Garden View rooms accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Additional room options are available - click button below to see room layouts and amenities. NOTE: do not book rooms through this site as you will not get the preferential rate or be included in our group events for the wedding.
