Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Amber Eisold and Calvin Yeh-Tinetti
The Snoqualmie area is right in the heart of the Cascades. There is plenty to see near by the hotel that is very easily accessible. Below we've listed some recommended hikes and interesting areas to explore that we thought might be worth checking out if you have the time!
Wedding Welcome Party/BBQ

Wedding Welcome Party/BBQ

3119 S 12th Street, Tacoma, WA 98405

We will be hosting a (totally optional!) welcome party/BBQ at our house on Friday, September 5th in Tacoma. This will be fairly casual hang/BBQ with food and drinks in our front or back yard. This is a great way for us spend time with those who are traveling to come celebrate with us that we don't get to see very often, and for guests who don't know each other to mingle and get to know one another before the big day! We live approximately 1.5-2h away from our venue in Snoqualmie, so you can either drive from Snoqualmie (or wherever you choose to stay) or book a 1 night stay closer to the Tacoma area before heading to Snoqualmie if you'd like. RSVP on the "RSVP" tab so we can get an idea of how many people will come and have enough food/drinks for everyone, feel free to also bring some food, snacks, or drinks if you prefer! Let Amber or Calvin know if you have any issues with RSVPing.

Downtown Snoqualmie/Railway Museum

Downtown Snoqualmie/Railway Museum

38625 SE King St, Snoqualmie, WA

Cute Downtown area with a couple of shops/food/history. Easy, About 5 min away from the hotel.

Snoqualmie Falls

Snoqualmie Falls

37451 SE Fish Hatchery Rd, Fall City, WA

Nice waterfall close to the town of Snoqualmie. Fun easy area to hike around. Easy, Approximately 10 minutes from the hotel.

Rattle Snake Ledge

Rattle Snake Ledge

Snoqualmie Valley Trail, North Bend, WA

Fun hike with great views at the top. This hike can be busy, so be prepared to hunt for parking. Medium, About 20 min from the hotel.

Mt Si

Mt Si

45901 SE Mount Si Rd, North Bend, WA

Cool mountain nearby with great views. A tough hike with a scramble at the top, definitely one for the more adventurous hikers. Hard, About 20 min from the hotel.

Snoqualmie Tunnel

Snoqualmie Tunnel

61 Kendall Pl, Snoqualmie Pass, WA

Cool hike that goes through the Cascades following an abandoned Rail Line Tunnel, remember to bring a jacket and flashlight. There are 2 entrances to the tunnel. I have linked the easiest route. Easy, About 30 min from the hotel.

Mt. Ranier National Park (Sunrise Side)

Mt. Ranier National Park (Sunrise Side)

White River Entrance, Enumclaw, WA

One of the most beautiful hiking areas, but a little far from the hotel if you will only be in town for a couple days. We know some of our guests are excited to see Washington and are making a longer trip out of it, so if that is you, then we would definitely recommend checking out this area if you have the time! An important note: you do need a timed-entry reservation booked in advance to enter the park between 7am and 3pm during the summer season, but you are free to enter outside of those hours anytime. The Sunrise side is less busy than the farther Paradise side of Mt. Rainer National Park, but we personally think its better. Check out the Fremont Lookout Hike. Medium, about 1.5h from the hotel.

For all the days along the way
