Please RSVP online on the "RSVP" tab, or let Amber or Calvin know directly. We will not be sending out formal physical invitations.
The RSVP deadline was August 3rd, 2025 and has since closed. We are finalizing our guest count for vendors and seating charts to make sure everything is ready for the big day. If we haven’t heard from you, we are assuming you could not make it. Please reach out ASAP to Amber or Calvin directly if anything changes and we will try to accommodate you!
Yes! We will be hosting a welcome party at our house on Friday, September 5th in Tacoma. This will be fairly casual hang/BBQ with food and drinks in our front or back yard. This is a great way for us spend time with those who are traveling to come celebrate with us that we don't get to see very often! We are still working out details on a wedding rehearsal for the wedding party. TBD.
Think Garden Party/Cocktail Attire! — polished yet seasonally stylish, perfect for an elegant outdoor celebration. For women: Opt for midi or maxi dresses in vibrant floral prints, soft pastel colors, or elegant prints. Fabrics like chiffon, silk, or satin give a touch of formality while still being breathable and comfortable outdoors. Dressy jumpsuits are also a great choice. Heels are welcome, but consider block heels or wedges for walking on grass. A light shawl or wrap is recommended for cooler evening temperatures. For men: A lightweight suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt is ideal—lighter fabrics like linen or cotton in neutral or pastel tones work beautifully for an outdoor setting. A tie is optional but welcomed for a more formal touch, a floral print tie could add a playful touch to your outfit. Loafers or dress shoes are appropriate—just be mindful of the outdoor setting.
For the wedding day, absolutely yes! :) The ceremony and the reception will all take place on the Evergreen Meadows property in Snoqualmie. The welcome party will be at our house in Tacoma. Totally optional to attend this, but we would love to have you!
There isn't a very easy option to take public transportation from the airport to Snoqualmie. The best option would be to rent a car so you have the option to attend our welcome party and explore the area. If needed, there is a bus option from the airport to Snoqualmie--you would have to transfer twice to get to Snoqualmie. Uber is always an option but will very likely be more expensive than renting a car for a few days.
Yes, we have a hotel block reserved at the nearby Snoqualmie Inn. Guests who stay there can take advantage of a complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. To book, use our code: AYWD12. You can also find this information on our "Travel" tab.
Yes! Free parking is available on-site for those who prefer to drive or are not staying in our hotel block. The hotel block we have offers complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the venue.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by a reception in a clear-top tent located on the same grounds.
Early September in Snoqualmie is usually mild and lovely—perfect for an outdoor celebration! Daytime temperatures typically hover around the low 70s°F, with cooler evenings in the low 50s°F. While early September is generally dry, there's always a small chance of light rain. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable once the sun goes down.
We’ll be serving a delicious buffet-style Italian meal, featuring a variety of classic pasta dishes to satisfy all tastes and preferences.
While there will not be an open bar, we will be offering a selection of beer and wine for your enjoyment throughout the celebration.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! Due to limited space, plus-ones are reserved for guests who are married, engaged, or in a long-term, committed relationship. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out!
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration—with the exception of immediate family children. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!
If it rains and the weather doesn’t pass, the ceremony can be moved inside the clear-top tent to keep everyone dry and comfortable—no need to worry, we’ve got it covered (literally)!
