My friend for over 10 years. We used to get in to quite a bit of trouble - but if you know Avery, she’s exactly the person you want in your corner. I couldn’t have asked for a more loyal, intelligent and loving best friend. I’ve been listening to this girl talk about getting married for as long as I can remember. Especially since she asked Aaron to the school dance all those years ago; and now she’s about to call him her dance partner forever. Avery was with me on my wedding day and to have been asked to stand next to her is an amazing honor. Cheers to you future Mrs. Ellis! I cannot wait to see what this next chapter holds.

A bridesmaid and Avery's (second) cousin, but our relationship is really more like the sister each other never had. A childhood of playing dress-up together to young adulthood sharing life-advice and partaking in shenanigans - it’s all lead to an unbreakable bond that’s like no other. As we’ve matured (barely) into careers and life, our relationship has solidified beyond cousins to true friends who have each others backs - no matter the happenstance <3

Ave and I met in high school art class and immediately hit it off. From dances, hitting the slopes, our spring break adventures, and endless amounts of summer fun - we were two peas in a pod. Even after graduating, Ave chose to pursue her degree at CMU while I was at WMU (Go Broncos!) our friendship stayed as strong as ever. I can’t wait to stand beside you on your big day!

After college, we both settled in northern Michigan, and our friendship has stayed strong through every season. We share a love for nature adventures and always support each other however we can, near or far. I couldn’t be more excited to watch Avery begin this next chapter with Aaron.

Over the course of 22 years we’ve found our way back to each other time and again, in spite of the distance between us. As we approach one of the most important days of her life, I know it’s just the beginning of many celebrations to come.
