We are asking for all RSVPS to be in by September 10th! We would prefer for all RSVPs to be answered online, but an RSVP card is included in your invitation. Please note, if you do send the RSVP card in, the envelope will need to have a stamp added. If you would like to not pay for postage, please RSVP under the RSVP tab :)
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM, so please plan on arriving about fifteen minutes early, to park and find seating.
Our dress code is casual/dressy casual. We are asking for no jeans or cargo shorts/pants please as well as no t-shirts.
We are trying to keep our guest list to family and close friends due to COVID-19 restrictions. To keep our guests safe, we have had to cutdown our guest list already. Please look at your RSVP (or the RSVP page) to see how many seats we are saving in your honor. We thank you for your understanding on these restrictions.
Our ceremony is set to take place outside, weather permitting. Our ceremony will be on concrete. Our reception will take place indoors, but we have an outdoor space for cocktail hour. The outdoor space will be available during our reception as well. The outdoor space includes a seated firepit for guests to enjoy and relax around, as well as swings and other seating.
Yes, there is a very large parking lot at our venue for parking. If every guest brought their own vehicle and no one drove together, everyone would still be able to park comfortably.
We are keeping our guest list smaller to keep our family and friends safe. We are watching all local and state guidelines with planning our wedding and will keep this section up to date if anything changes.
Yes. There will be food served during the cocktail hour and a full dinner. We will be serving hors d'oeuvres, which will be followed by the buffet. For drinks, all soda, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea are included. There will be a full-service cash bar available as well.
Our venue's caterer has reassured us that "vegan/vegetarian guests are welcome to help themselves to the buffet and there are multiple options available for them to enjoy among the eight assorted salads and sides". We will have a vegan dessert option as well for you to enjoy as well.
Our ceremony will be "unplugged". While we fully encourage everyone to bring their phones, cameras, or other methods to document the day, we ask for you to please turn off your devices during the ceremony. We encourage you to snap pictures during the cocktail hour and reception! We would love for you to use the hashtag #CalleduptotheFeeleys so that we can see all the pictures!
The short answer is: YES! We will be having a cornhole competition for guests to participate in as well. Start practicing!
