Our go-to brunch spot not even a block from our house in the Irish Channel. Stevie plays hooky & takes herself to brunch here once a year.

Atchafalaya

This brunch spot will have you coming back each day of your trip! Located in the Lower Garden District, this was the location of our puppy Poe Dameron's first every "big boy" walk beyond our block!

Ruby Slipper Cafe

Thank TikTok for this recommendation, it's our newest go-to brunch spot! We can't get enough of the bottomless mimosas or the brunch charcuterie board!

Birdy's Behind The Bower

A delightful bar with great old fashions & gin and tonics! Stop by for happy hour & small plates, or a late night night cap.

Bouligny Tavern

This is our rehearsal dinner venue & a favorite brewery of ours. Pet & kid friendly, food truck pop ups stop by on the weekends for bites while you enjoy their rotating taps of beer & hard seltzer!

Urban South Brewery

You can see this location from our house, but there are Dat Dog's all over the city! It has an awesome outdoor seating area, and is a great option for something a little less fancy but a lot of deliciousness.

Mahony's has several locations around the city, but this one around the corner from our house is our favorite for fried shrimp or roast beef poboy! Can't decide? Try the peacemaker -- Chris's favorite!
