How will COVID-19 affect this wedding?

Answer

We are monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and are hopefully anticipating having the wedding of our dreams in December! Our venue requires proof of vaccination or a negative PRC test within 48 hours of the event. We personally highly encourage all guests to get vaccinated before traveling, and our wedding will follow all CDC guidelines regarding mask-wearing. Because circumstances may change, we will continue to keep all guests informed of any adjustments to our date.

Are children invited to this wedding?

Answer

This wedding is rated PG-13! The bride and groom have reserved a number of seats in your honor as addressed on your Save the Dates. That number will be confirmed when we send out invitations and RSVPs in September/October.

Question

Should we stay in an AirBnB or a hotel?

Answer

The bride & groom will finalize blocks of rooms in local hotels by the end of May. Alternatively, AirBnB is a great option for staying an apartment or home while traveling. AirBnBs in New Orleans can range from private bedrooms within a home to en suite guest houses to entire apartments. We'd also suggest using Sonder.com to book beautiful home-like accommodations. When booking, be sure to check the general location of the property. The venue is located in the Marigny/Bywater area, but the rehearsal dinner and send-off brunch will be located Uptown near the Irish Channel. Remember, AirBnB will not reveal the street address of the property until after booking, but will tell you the general neighborhood. Because of the bride & groom's mounting to-do list, please understand that they cannot visit AirBnB or Sonder locations on your behalf prior to your visit. If you are concerned about where to stay, please plan to book within the reserved block of rooms for your visit to New Orleans!
