Absolutely! You are welcome to book accommodations independently. Please note that we are only able to provide transportation to and from Casa Bruciata for those staying at the provided villa.
Guests should plan to arrive at Casa Bruciata 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus one is included, this will be addressed clearly in your invitation.

We’d recommend renting a car if you want more flexibility to explore. Taxis and Ubers are difficult in this area and you may have long wait times or high prices.

Yes! Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We just note for your other travels that Umbria as a regions very pork and gluten heavy!
Yes! There will be kitchens with stove and refrigerators available at both lodging accommodations. We recommend stopping at a grocery store on the way to your assigned accommodations for preferred items. We will ensure all lodging accommodations have water stocked!
Absolutely! We understand people are traveling around the wedding ceremony so please just rsvp accordingly so we can take that into account for lodging accommodations and catering.
We would just recommend keeping in mind that many of the events will be outdoors on grass or walking around stone and gravel.

The provided lodging at Casa Bruciata is apartment style with private bedrooms and shared common spaces! Linens and towels will be provided. Housekeeping will not be provided daily but we will have support at each provided accommodation if needed. Please note that these are private Italian villa accommodations rather than traditional hotels, and amenities may differ from standard hotel stays. There is WiFi at both locations. We did notice at Casa Bruciata it’s a bit slow in some of the bedrooms but worked well in the common spaces. We will not be able to take individual room assignment requests but will make assignments that best suit the group and shared spaces.
As of now, we are not able to provide this level of transportation but can help if you need support in logistics, just reach out! We also recommend if any friends want to car pool, that’s a great option as well.
