For those flying in, the closest airport to Cheaha State Park is Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM). Located about 1.5 hours from the park, BHM offers multiple direct flights and convenient access to rental cars and rideshares. From the airport, it’s a scenic drive east on I-20 through Oxford, AL, before heading up the mountain to the park entrance. We recommend renting a car for the easiest travel to and from the venue and booking flights early for the best options.
