Callie and Mary Mac met at the age of 4 and instantly became inseparable. They considered themselves sisters and we think their families did as well. Wherever one of them was you could find the other. No matter where life lead them they always remained best friends.

Daniel says his older brother, Zac, challenged him to be better as they grew up as they constantly competed against each other in sports and games. Although they are both competitive, they’ve always had each other’s backs and are always there for each other.

Callie met Alex the day after she got engaged to Daniel’s brother. At first, the girls did not talk much, but they have gotten a lot closer in the past year. They are the same person in so many ways and have many of the same dreams in life. Callie can’t wait for Alex and Zac to move closer to home!

Garrett joined the O-line Daniel’s sophomore year. Daniel enjoys being around Garrett because he knows they can always joke around. Garrett can always be counted on to lighten the mood and have a good time.

Chandler Glover

Callie was so excited when she found out her brother had a girlfriend and could not wait to meet her! Callie and Chandler are both on the quiet side so it took them a few times before they talked much to each other, but Callie liked her from the beginning because of how happy she makes her brother. Callie loves when Chandler comes around because she sees her as an older sister!

Zach Hatley

Getting to know Callie’s brother was no problem at all for Daniel. Anybody who knows Zach, knows he loves to talk. They enjoy their time with one another talking about sports, playing the PlayStation, and playing an occasional game of golf.

Abby Hatley

Abby may have been born around 10 years after Callie, but with Abby being Callie’s first (and only) girl cousin they both took up with each other. They love having sleepovers and talking about anything and everything!

Jack Nichols

Jack entered into the O-line Daniel’s sophomore year. They constantly joke around with one another and are always there for each other. Daniel and Jack must have good communication with one another considering they play right next to each other on the line.

Maggie Smith

Callie was so excited to meet Daniel’s sister, Maggie. They both lead pretty busy lives so it is not often that they get to see each other, but Callie looks forward to the times that they do! Callie is so excited to be gaining a sister as she marries Daniel!

Russell Webb

Only living a couple of doors down from each other, Daniel and Russell grew up as close friends. They could always be found outside playing football or basketball. Although they now live in different cities, Russell always makes sure to take a weekend to go watch Daniel play football at Gardner Webb.

Hannah Anders

Callie met Hannah in geology class at Gardner Webb. They bonded after arguing about scrunchies and became close friends fast thanks to the frequent studying they had to do for class. Although Hannah has moved to Texas for a job they remain in frequent contact and always turn to one another for support and help.

Tucker Neville

Tucker and Daniel were friends since about the age of two. He remained a constant friend throughout the years. They hung out frequently up until Daniel headed off to Gardner Webb. Although they lost touch some they still made sure to reach out every once in a while and remain good friends.

Emmy Campagna

Callie and Emmy met through Emmy’s fiancé, Daniel. Callie was friends with Daniel when he started talking to Emmy who was going to school in Georgia at the time. When she made trips to see Daniel they made sure to hang out. They kept in touch until Emmy transferred to GWU. Emmy is the type of genuine, supportive friend that everybody needs in their lives so she was SO excited to have Emmy in Boiling Springs.

Brandon Leahey

Brandon was another transfer in to the O-line Daniel’s sophomore year. On Brandon’s first day at GWU Daniel found Brandon looking confused so Daniel invited him to lunch. Daniel enjoys being around Brandon because they always have a good time.

Melissa Plemmons

Callie and Melissa first met since both of their boys are GWU offensive linemen. They didn’t talk much at first, but once they did they just kinda clicked! Callie was so happy to have a friend to talk to when all the boys get together and start talking football & now considers Melissa one of her best friends!

Chris Jones

Chris transferred in to Gardner Webb to join the O-line their sophomore year. Daniel appreciates how nice Chris is and enjoys his humor. They have gotten closer as Callie has gotten closer with Chris’ girlfriend. They enjoy all getting together to grill and hang out.

Hadley Putnam

Hadley is Callie’s back door neighbor. Hadley reminds Callie so much of herself when she was little! Callie loves being greeted by Hadley and her brother, Hudson when she goes home. Hadley and Hudson love going to Callie’s house to jump on the trampoline, play with her puppies, and get snacks/chocolate.

Aden Hatley

Although Aden is Callie’s cousin many people mistake Aden as Callie’s son because of how close they are. Although there is quite an age gap Aden is the best of friends with Callie and Daniel. Between dance parties with Callie and trying to tackle Daniel their days together are always fun. Aden loves his trips to Boiling Springs where he gets to spend the night with Callie and cheer on his favorite football player, Daniel.
