FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15, 2025, so we can finalize our plans and make sure everything is perfect for the big day. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. While we love your little ones, we have chosen to include only the children of immediate family in our celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our guest list is thoughtfully curated, so invitations are limited to the people listed. If your invitation includes a plus-one, we look forward to celebrating with them too!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at our recommended hotels, which you can find on the Travel page. Since our wedding falls during New England's beautiful leaf-peeping season and Indigenous Peoples Day weekend, hotels will fill up quickly. We encourage you to book as soon as possible to secure your stay!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to find your seat and get settled before the festivities begin.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Your comfort and safety are important to us. Please mention any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, and we will make arrangements with our caterer. Please note - the entire menu will be gluten free.

Question

Is there parking or provided transportation for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available at the venue for those who choose to drive. Additionally, we are providing a shuttle service to and from both hotels to make your experience as easy and stress-free as possible. More details about the shuttle schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that guests wear cocktail attire. Think semi-formal outfits: suits or dress shirts and slacks for men, and cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or elegant separates for women. Since it will be fall in New England, we recommend bringing a layer or two to stay comfortable as temperatures can get chilly in the evening. Feel free to add your personal flair—we want you to feel comfortable and stylish while celebrating with us!
