Long Beach Island (LBI) is located closest to Newark Int'l (90 miles) and Philadelphia Int'l airports (73 miles). There's also an airport in Atlantic City, which is a 45 minute drive from the island (although it may be tough to find direct flights there).

Our recommendation is to rent a car and drive to LBI, if possible. This is the best option to explore all that LBI has to offer while you're on the island throughout the weekend.
