Transportation to Cape Cod

We’re so excited to welcome you to Cape Cod! Below you’ll find details to help you plan your trip and make the most of your time on the Cape. Getting Here By Car: Cape Cod is about 1.5 hours from Boston. Once you cross the Sagamore or Bourne Bridge, you’ll be officially on “the Cape” — slow down and enjoy the coastal views! By Air: The nearest major airport is Logan International Airport (BOS) in Boston. From there, you can rent a car, take a ferry or hop on a bus. There’s also a smaller regional airport, Barnstable Municipal (HYA), in Hyannis, with daily flights from Boston and New York. By Ferry: If you’re coming from the Boston area or islands, ferries run regularly to Hyannis, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket. Getting Around Renting a car or using rideshare services (like Uber and Lyft) are both great options for getting around Cape Cod. Most of the wedding events and local attractions are just a short drive apart, and both options give you the flexibility to explore at your own pace.
