What time is the wedding and when should I be there?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. Guests can begin to arrive as early as 5pm. There will be refreshments.

Is the reception at a different location?

Answer

No, both the ceremony and reception will be at the John James Audubon Center.

Question

May we take photos at the ceremony with our phone, iPad, personal camera, goPro, or insert-other-device-here?

Answer

Please, do not have your devices out during our ceremony. We have hired a fantastic photographer and videographer to capture the magic of our ceremony and reception so that you may be fully present in the moment! After our first dance, feel free to snap away at the reception!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please come in your best semi-formal attire!

Will there be parking? Do I have to pay for it? Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Our wonderful venue offers free parking right on site, and there should not be an issue accommodating everyone. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! Your car can be left, safely, at the venue overnight without repercussions, and can be picked up in the morning.

Are kids welcome? What about my plus one?

Answer

We love your kids, and we are sure your date would be awesome! However, due to budget and venue space, we have a limited number of children and plus ones we are able to accommodate. Please see your invitation and online RSVP form for specifics.

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 16th via the RSVP tab on our website.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough, but if you're feeling particularly generous, there are a few things we'd love to have as newlyweds! We are registered at Bed, Bath and Beyond, Target, Amazon, Crate and Barrel and Zola. You can find our registry under the registry tab on our website.

Oh no! Something has gone wrong on the day of the wedding, and I need to talk to someone! Who can I call?

I'm coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside in the grass, so ladies, please consider your shoe choices carefully! If it rains (please keep your fingers crossed that it doesn't), our ceremony will take place inside of the beautiful barn at our venue.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Our reception will end at 10:30pm.

What if I don't RSVP in time, or have RSVP'd "No" and still want to come?

Answer

As much as we appreciate you wanting to be a part of our special day, and as much as we want you to be included, if you have not let us know that you are coming by the RSVP date, we will not know to expect you and unfortunately will not be able to accommodate you. Have no fear! We will send reminders as the deadline approaches!
