It is important to us for everyone to be comfortable. If you are vaccinated and feel comfortable not wearing a mask, please feel free to do so throughout the night. If you would prefer to wear a mask throughout the evening, we encourage you to do so. If you’d prefer to eat dinner on the greenhouse patio, there will be high top tables available for you to eat outside, as well. We kindly ask that if you are not fully vaccinated at the time of the wedding that you consider getting a negative test result prior to joining us or that you wear a mask for the evening. What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive by no later than 3:15 p.m. so there is time to get everyone seated.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Mostly outdoors! The ceremony will take place outside on the grass. Cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor spaces. The reception will take place in a large tent with a concrete floor. The tent will be climate controlled based on the weather (sides can be put up/down and both heaters and fans will be on site and ready).

What if it rains?

In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will instead take place inside of the covered reception tent.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. Keep in mind that the ceremony will take place on the grass, so plan your shoes accordingly!

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

Unless your child's name is included when searching your name in the RSVP tab, you will be enjoying a parent's night out!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only and will only be able to accommodate individuals listed when you search your name on the RSVP tab.

Do I have to drive to the venue?

Answer

No. While there is parking available on-site, we will also be providing a shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotels before and after the wedding festivities. See the "Travel" tab for more details.

Is Uber or Lyft available in the area?

Answer

Yes!

Will on-site transportation be available?

Answer

Yes! Golf carts will be available all day to take guests who need assistance in between locations and to and from vehicles.

May I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not take your own photos. While we understand you want to capture your own memories of the day, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off and store all cell phones and cameras until the ceremony is completely over and the wedding party has exited the ceremony area. Feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like during cocktail hour and the reception!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! While there won't be a full bar, we will have both a dark and light liquor, wine, and beer. There will also be a specialty whiskey bar during cocktail hour.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Forno Bova and Laurcuterie will be providing a large grazing table for cocktail hour (think a giant charcuterie board), and will be turning out piping hot wood fired pizza all night. Salad will also be available!

Do I have to dance?

100% yes.

When will the evening conclude?

Answer

Due to noise ordinances in York County, music will be turned off at 9:00 p.m. and everyone will need to be off property at 10:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to congregate at the Tru by Hilton after the wedding to continue celebrating! See "travel tab" for more details.
